Terms of Use
Members will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third-party, any (a) raw data, baseline metrics, or other information specific to any Member other than itself, (b) the benchmarks and process metrics developed and/or used in connection with the Program, (c) the details of specific practices followed by other participants that are shown in their survey responses ("practices" information), (d) the data base tools utilized for data collection, submission and deliverables, (e) program information distributed via the members' area of the website, and (f) and opinions or other information shared by Members during conferences and teleconferences that are hosted by REL and/or The Hackett Group.
Members will not publish or distribute the database, research papers or other research results distributed by REL or/and The Hackett Group to Members in connection with the Program, except for the purposes of Member Company's internal use of the ideas and information conveyed in the database, research papers, and other research results for Member Company's internal business operations.
Member and Member Company has agreed to (a) submit, in a timely manner, data in response to REL and/or The Hackett Group requests for information (using actual information when feasible and reasonable estimates otherwise), and (b) share opinions and data with other Members and interact constructively with other Members during teleconferences, web-casts, events, site visits and via message boards. Members warrant that the information or data it provides to REL and/or The Hackett Group is accurate, to the best of its knowledge.
REL, The Hackett Group and its parent corporation, Answerthink, Inc., a Florida corporation may use, publish and/or disseminate the aggregated data collected in connection with the Program, the aggregated results of the data analysis and research, and the reports generated in connection with the Program for their own businesses; provided, however, REL, The Hackett Group and/or Answerthink may not use, publish or disseminate such information if such use or disclosure would attribute information specifically to a Member Company, directly or indirectly, without that Member Company's prior approval.
